Aluminium parts
After having well defined your need, and your specifications. We can submit you a 3D printed plastic model.
If you want a functional prototype of the aluminum part, we can realize from a 3D printed sand mold, a simulation of the part. This will allow us to evaluate the "resistance" of the part.
The material of the mold is adapted to the life of the mold (steel or cast iron).
After joint validation of the part or the whole. We launch the creation of the serial tools, which you will own.
Upon receipt of the mold, some initial samples are made, allowing the drafting of the manufacturing range. These samples are used to test and validate the product in its environment and to make modifications, if necessary.
